Please be advised that any character or disciplinary offenses are taken very seriously at ADDC. A dancer can be withdrawn from a performance due to offenses or missed classes. Please note, all fees are nonrefundable (this includes recital & costume fees, registration & monthly fees)

I understand that photographers and/or television crews may sometimes be present photographing or filming A David Dance Company classes, rehearsals, coaching sessions or presentations.

I give my permission for resulting photographs and/or television /film footage which may include me/my child to be used for promotional purposes on television, newspapers, programs, magazines, or any other media.
